New on Lori's Blog - The sacrifice of a leader has the mind of Christ.

Happy Tuesday!

Reader

“Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus, who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped but emptied himself by taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men. And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross."

Philippians 2:5-7

Jesus came and put our flesh and our sin. He left all the glory in heaven to become one of us and to teach us how to have and show humility by serving others and then going to the Cross for us.

This post is short today, but we are still studying Jesus as a servant leader and how we are to have the same mindset as Him.

I pray you are reading and drawing close to Jesus this week as we remember the moments of His last week on earth. Last year, I wrote a whole series about Holy or Passion Week. If you want to read those, here is the first one.

Have a blessed week, and have a wonderful Resurrection Day!

And just a reminder, my monthly devotional club is still going, and this month, I have one about Jesus being a servant leader.

Happy Wednesday! Reader "And he told them many things in parables, saying: “A sower went out to sow. And as he sowed, some seeds fell along the path, and the birds came and devoured them.
